The Job:
- The successful candidate will operate independently within a satellite operational structure.
- An ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, possess in-depth knowledge of the trading business, and be well-versed in Import/Export (IP/EP) processes.
- This role involves close coordination with local accounting and operations, as well as the Head Office in the UK.
- Manage existing Brand accounts as well as identify and acquire new business opportunities based on strategic sales developments (target markets, business analysis, etc.)
- Developing and maintaining successful long-tern relationships with customers to translate their needs into sales.
- Achieve required sales targets as agreed.
- Provide consultation, support and cooperation related to sales to operations.
- Provide sales reports, visit reports, Activity & monthly summary reports.
- The candidate should have a proven track record in sales, attention to details.
- A proven background in delivering business growth and structured account development.
- Demonstrate the ability to excel in a remote setting.
- Awareness of profitability in relation to sales revenue value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Presentation, writing, etc.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Experience in the Food Packaging Industry and managing trading business is mandated.
