About the Opportunity:
Wisdom is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is responsible for the management, leadership, growth and overall performance of the Sales divisions for Wisdom Homes.
- Manage the sales operations of the company, including the coaching and mentoring of the sales team
- Lead the sales team in implementation of effective customer engagement strategies
- Set, manage and deliver key sales and performance indicators
- Ensure that sales deposits and paperwork are completed by the sales team members and are submitted in a timely manner
- Manage and analyse cancellations and cancellation rates
- Lead sourcing of land for House & Land packages
About You:
- 10+ years sales management experience preferably in Project Homes Sales
- Proven track record of growing and driving a high performing sales team
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different divisions/departments to achieve the best outcome for the business
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM programs
- Competitive drive to continually exceed sales targets
