Role Overview:
As Sales MANAGER, you will report directly to the CEO and drive occupancy by fostering community engagement within a growing market.
Your responsibilities include managing sales activities, analysing market trends, and ensuring a robust waitlist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Sales Management:
- Build out a level of recognition and respect in the Market
- Seek out and Activate short and long-term opportunities
- Collaborate with “feeder” Community Groups, etc
- Regularly attend External and Internal relevant Events
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor occupancy trends.
- Assess market and competition dynamics.
- Analyze sales cycle data.
- Outreach Planning:
- Develop effective outreach strategies.
- Align plans with diverse community needs.
- Revenue Management
- Balance “load factors” of a finite resource against Margin and Sales Targets
Qualifications:
- Related Tertiary Qualifications will be well-regarded
- Sales experience in related areas such as Senior Living, Palliative Care, or Cemeteries / Cremetoria will be an advantage, though NOT essential.
- Strong communication skills.
Your remuneration will include SALARY $$$ v.neg + Superannuation + Fully Maintained Company VEHICLE or Allowance + Benefits + ongoing TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT. Paid further Study Option + Paid Study Leave (Degree completion, MBA) is available.
