Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in Water Treatment and activated carbon is preferred
- Sales leadership experience gained within an engineering, gold mining supplies, Water Treatment, waste management or otherwise relevant corporation
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Committed to customer satisfaction, confidentiality and ability manage proprietary data
- A team leader who displays professionalism, a high level of ethics and credibility
- High level of written and oral communication skills
