Position
The position of Sales Manager has now become available operating out of the Melbourne office. The position will be primarily managing a team of business development managers, along with establishing a strategy to increase overall market share across the state. This role reports directly into the National Sales Manager and General Manager who are based in the Head Office.
On any given day your duties will involve:
- Manage a team of external reps
- Develop client relationships with your team and promote the sale of all products and services
- Managing the team's corporate client analysis and strategic business planning
- Work with internal teams to develop innovative strategies to drive sales initiatives
- Develop a network of current and potential business partners
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and dynamic product presentations
- Develop a sound knowledge of company products and technologies
- General sales and operational reporting duties

Candidate
In order to be considered for the position it is essential for all candidates to have prior sales and management experience. Experience within the construction industry working with concrete or cement additives would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate:
- Direct sales experience within the waterproofing / concrete solutions industry
- Relationship management skills
- Driven to develop new business through clients and their own network.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Pride themselves of being a relationship builder
