About the role
The right Sales Manager will be given the opportunity to earn $200K+ through uncapped commission on their team’s sales along with a generous retainer within this fast paced environment. Sales are achieved through converting warm inbound leads. NO COLD CALLING.
The role retains full responsibility for branch level management including responsibility for the achievement of safety requirements, sales targets and administration requirements.
The role operates autonomously, with your direct manager being based in Sydney – so good problem-solving skills and an ability to go above and beyond to meet the customer's expectations is required. Some interstate travel may be required but infrequently (potentially once per quarter).

Skills and experience
Requirements for the role include:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in fast paced sales environment.
- Demonstrated Sales Management - sales coaching experience.
- Excellent Customer Centric Service Approach.
- Understanding of WHS requirements.
- Microsoft Office Capabilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Email, Verbal, Written.
- Ability to work Saturday's on a roster, at least initially.
- Knowledge of the building industry would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
Training will be provided to the right applicant at our sales site/s located in the Eastern states of Australia for the first 3 months of the role.
