We are looking for someone with passion and drive who will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value.
- Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure efficient sales operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making and sales strategies.
- Support delivery team
- Ad-hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. OR
- Minimum 10 years industry experience and technical competency in electrical & control systems.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
