Sales Manager

We are looking for someone with passion and drive who will be responsible to:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets. 
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. 
3. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management. 
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 
5. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value. 
6. Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets. 
8. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting activities. 
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns. 
10. Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. 
11. Ensure efficient sales operations and adherence to company policies and procedures. 
12. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions. 
13. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 
14. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 
15. Use data and insights to drive decision-making and sales strategies. 
16. Support delivery team 
17. Ad-hoc duties as required

The successful applicant will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. OR 
2. Minimum 10 years industry experience and technical competency in electrical & control systems.
3. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Australia – This position is open to applicants who can legally work in Australia.
