The Role
Your main responsibility is ensuring customers signing up for a 21 Day-Free-Trial have an optimal and engaging experience so that they convert to paying customers within 21 days. In addition to guiding brokers towards successful conversion, this role entails identifying bugs, issues, or opportunities for product enhancements. .
Personal attributes:

• +5 years experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or finance industry.
• Team player – their customers and business come first, and they work together to achieve these goals.
• Reliable and organised, and ability to prioritise.
• Great attitude, passion, and drive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct effective demos and training sessions via Zoom, both group and one-on-one.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate calls and address broker needs promptly.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting conversion targets within the stipulated time frame.
• Analytical skills to identify and communicate product enhancements or issues to the development team.

Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 + 11% super + commission of around $30,000 per annum
