This is the perfect opportunity for a sales analyst, proactive sales support professional or a salesperson looking to get more strategic and analytical in a new kind of role. We have created this exciting new position to support our busy Key Account Management and Business Development sales teams. Working with these salespeople and across functions and stakeholders in our Victorian business, you will work to optimise sales outcomes and increase team productivity. Your ability to identify and research potential markets for our services, develop sales systems, streamline and standardise processes and increase business effectiveness, with a strong focus on digital solutions and reporting. Your analysis skills, systems aptitude and collaborative approach will enable you to prime our senior sales teams for even greater success.

What you'll be responsible for
Undertake market analysis, sector/prospect research and provide strategic insights
Coordinate and complete proposal inputs from multiple stakeholders
Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales teams for growth related activities
Collate and prepare reports/presentations for Sales Management teams and external stakeholders
What you'll need to be successful
Excellent understanding of B2B sales activity and process
Superior analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights succinctly
Systems and reporting ability, preferably via exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM
High level collaboration, communication and organisation skills
Drive, curiosity and lateral thinking
