The Role:
Talent International is excited to partner one Australia's largest independent IT organisations. They specialise in a range of IT and Data management solutions and have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their growing team.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator / Sales Operations Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day function of the Sales team. No day will be the same as you liaise with key Internal stakeholders (Account Managers and Sales Executives).
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management
- Administration, organisation, and processing of sales meeting & activities
- Design and creation of sales templates & reports
- Territory mapping and design
- presentation development
- Assist the Sales Leadership in admin related to new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.

About you:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Admin/Sales Operations
- Experience with sales forecasting, pricing, and quotations is a bonus
- Have experience across Salesforce as a CRM - Reporting & Analytics
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
