Sales Operations Manager

Working closely with the Head of Sales – Conference & Events and our group sales team you will be the driving force behind implementing the sales process, setting and monitoring sales targets, sales performance analysis, sales optimisations and implementing and managing a CRM tool.

You will have a pivotal role in executing sales strategy and driving revenue growth across all our segments and offerings. Reporting to the Head of Sales – Conference & Events you will be a person who has exceptional planning and organisational skills.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• experience managing and executing planning and, process, targets and strategy in a sales team environment.
• who works well independently, shows initiative and solves problems in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience
• with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• who is naturally highly organised and efficient in their time management
• excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop positive work relationships
