A wonderful opportunity is available across our Colonnades, Goolwa and Hallett Cove Optometry practices. You will work closely with Optometrists, retailing beautiful and functional frames and sunglasses with lenses suitable for individual occupations and lifestyle activities.
You are responsible for exceeding patient expectations by listening to patient needs, providing in-depth information about our products, creative styling advice and operating as a brand ambassador at all times.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, and be able be demonstrate a proven sales history where exceeding the customer's expectations is key.
You will be target driven, highly organised with a flair for merchandising and an eye for detail, able to multitask in a busy environment, enjoy problem solving, able to work in a team and autonomously, and have previous retail experience preferably with a history of high end jewellery or other luxury goods. Strong administration, customer service and communication skills are a must.
Optical experience is not required, on the job training available
The position can be a full time permanent position, or casual.
