- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (for sales-related positions)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies
- Agents Rep certificate, car and drivers license
- Conducting property viewings and inspections
- Managing client relationships and negotiations
- Handling lease agreements and rental properties
- Assisting with administrative tasks and documentation
- Providing support to the executive team
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
