To support its continued growth, Nicheliving is now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its high-performing and award-winning team.

You will be based in our high-profile state-of-the-art head office located in the heart of Perth/Northbridge on Newcastle Street with full support to help you reach your full potential. We will provide you access to world-class training, systems, and processes. Plus, our in-house full-service marketing agency is behind you to offer marketing excellence, insights and support. We have a boutique, values-driven and high-performance environment backed by a brand and name recognition which is renowned in the industry.

The role.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to ensure all sales KPI’s and project sales targets are achieved.
  • Drive team performance and excellence through hands-on coaching and training.
  • Review and improve sales operations including processes, team capability and customer management.
  • Nurture our large client database, generate new leads and deliver a robust pipeline of sales revenue within the sales team.
  • Work closely with the development, construction and real estate divisional leads to help drive business excellence.
  • Create and maintain a world-class level of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Leverage your network of personal and professional contacts to promote and sell Nicheliving’s products and services.

The ideal applicant.

  • A demonstrable history of high performance in project sales.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales team/s through coaching and training.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process in home and land development. 
  • A strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence, and a positive attitude.
  • A passion for property, sales and building wealth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Holds a real estate licence and a driver's licence.
  • Is available to work evenings and weekends as required.
