As a permanent, full-time member of our team, you'll enjoy a reliable schedule Mondays to Fridays from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and every second Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional sales and service experiences to all customers, whether they're seasoned off-road enthusiasts or new to the scene.
- Handling sales inquiries with expertise, both in person and over the phone/email, for retail and trade customers alike.
- Keeping the gears turning smoothly by preparing sales orders, quotes, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborating with the workshop team to schedule and book works effectively.
- Contributing to the store's revenue and profit targets with your knack for closing deals.
- Maintaining a showroom that's as pristine as a freshly waxed 4x4.
- Being the ultimate team player, providing support across sales and workshop departments.
- Representing Off Road Central at special events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- A sales superstar with a knack for negotiation and a track record of success.
- Previous experience in automotive sales that revs our engines.
- A customer service champion who goes above and beyond.
- Team player DNA and top-notch communication skills.
- Computer savvy with the ability to navigate through any challenge.

- Mechanical aptitude and 4x4 experience preferred but not mandatory.
