Reports to Purchasing and Operations Manager
Vac Truck Industries located at Arundel, manufactures a range of OEM vacuum trucks and custom products in both steel and aluminium. We are currently seeking to recruit a capable and motivated STORE PERSON with excellent time management skills, who can also take charge of our PARTS SALES.
The Store Person role is responsible for receiving, handling and dispatching of all goods and products coming in to and leaving the warehouse as well as handling sales enquiries for our spare parts division. Main duties include but are not limited to unloading vehicles, forklift operation, stock management, purchasing and storing goods, organising freight, packing & dispatching orders, phone/counter/online sales, and updating daily our inventory management system.
Experience within a Store Person role is preferred but we are also willing to train the right person. Strong attention to detail, high level of organisational skills, and using safe manual handling techniques are essential. Current manual drivers licence and previous experience of stock control within Unleashed will be highly regarded.
