We are redefining what it means to help Australians get the most out of their IT by providing a gobsmacking level of support and education, guaranteed repairs, green devices, cyber security and mobile service to our communities.
You
You will be required to troubleshoot problems and use open questioning and intuition to find the best solution for our customers while making great profits. Comfortable with working in a busy retail store and juggling priorities, you will thrive on the opportunity to build high value deals for our customers.
You will be responsible for selling in a way that builds on our effective sales approach while keeping systems and processes in place. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to help build a fun, engaging business while working towards mouth-watering commissions and bonuses.
What we are looking for:
- You are confident and willing to have in depth conversations with customers to help provide the support they need.
- You don’t need commercial tech experience, just be capable of handling your own home reloads, and basic repairs (we train the rest).
- You will have experience working with the public.
- You are driven by making great deals whilst keeping in mind the unparalleled customer experience that the King IT sales process provides.
- You are keen to develop your professional skills, enjoying the opportunity to learn and build your retail knowledge.
