SALES Person - Kitchens, Bathrooms, Small Building Works

NORMCO Home Improvements are seeking an SALES Person with Estimator / Planning ability to join our ever-growing team. Our scope of estimating and Sales works include: Kitchen Renovations & Bathroom & Windows and Sliding doors, Roller Shutters and Roller Doors including renovations, Minor Building works.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Measure and design for Kitchens and Bathrooms, including customers with Product sections and final designs.
• Engage with Customers in home and showroom, Measure and Sell all products that the company sells to our well respected customers in Whyalla.
•  Assisting trades with providing high quality quotes received from recommendations from the field
• Liaising with builders to attend all on site meetings for scoping potential new works
• Putting together high-quality quotes for all customers
• Working with other project managers where applicable to provide new quoted works, or variations on existing projects 
• Assist fieldworkers where applicable with maintaining the business’ workflow
• Liaise with the internal Admin team where required
• Train and build your skills where required to continue to grow and produce excellent outcomes 
• Answering calls and handling stakeholder inquiries
• Calling new potential customers and builders to grow the company
• Continue and grow existing relationships previously built by the company
• The successful applicant should where possible bring existing relationships into the business  

Experience & attributes:

• Experience using computers and the ability to work quickly to get quotes out on time.  
• Experience with simPRO job management software is advantageous, though training can be provided
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Willingness to expand skill set & provide support to the trades in field
• A responsible and mature outlook, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
