We are now looking for a Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (initially 3 days with the opportunity to go full time).
The role is designed to build a portfolio of highly engaged partners across the across the consulting, accounting, legal and investment sectors who will promote Active Directions as their consulting partner whilst building a separate sales pipeline of privately held organisations requiring advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new partnership and client opportunities.
- Book in introductory calls with qualified partner and client opportunities, which you will attend with the Managing Director and other Consultants.
- Drive follow up activities from the introduction calls including developed proposals, marketing content.
- Track and drive progress towards partnerships or client consulting opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and scheduled check-ins.
- Negotiate new business agreements, terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track partnership forecasts and report on activities, successes and areas of improvement.
- Monitor and analyse partner and new business performance, ensuring they meet expected outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal team regarding new business and partnerships and build tailored proposals.
- Monitor trends within the professional services market to keep abreast of industry trends
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience within business development, sales and relationship management.
- Experience selling professional services, SaaS, managed services, B2B partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have strong track record of working autonomously, hitting targets in a new sales environment.
- Analytical with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
