Role Overview:We are seeking a Field Manager / Research Operations / Community Manager to join our team on a part-time/casual basis, working 20-40 hours per fortnight. This role involves scheduling fieldwork, coordinating activities of supervisors and interviewers, hiring and training field personnel, and maintaining company procedures and fieldwork standards. The Field Manager will coordinate a range of fieldwork projects, support the research team with project operations and administration, and manage Square Holes' research panel/community (squareholes.community).
We are open to applications from people from outside of market research with skills we can apply - for example hospitality team management, outbound call-centre or executive / administration management. People seeking a flexible , largely day-time role. This is a role that requires lateral thinking and ability to work under busy workload, and juggling competing project priories, timelines and budgets calmly. Care will be taken to appoint a quality candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate fieldwork activities
- Hire, train, and manage field personnel
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and fieldwork standards
- Allocate fieldwork across the organisation and manage multiple fieldwork projects
- Support the research team with operations and administration of projects
- Manage and engage with Square Holes' research panel/community
- Utilise and learn various technology tools including Microsoft Office, Campaign Monitor, SMS blast software, and more

This position is paid according to the UWU and ADIA Market Research Industry Agreement award. The Field Manager role is among the highest rates in this award.
