We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Sales professional with sales experience for our beautiful Belconnen Store!

Essential Functions:
- Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere.
- Assists in executing store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals.
- Monitor personal metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Commitment to company-provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals.
- Support Management with system processing and inventory control.
- Surpass minimum performance expectations and excel in all facets of our business.
- Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company's mission and vision.

Job Specifications:
- Sales experience - Required 1-year minimum
- Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Positive, approachable, and empathetic
- Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes
- Exceptional customer service skills required
