Let’s do this a bit differently.

You need to be a go getter who is successful in sales but looking for something more. Our minimum criteria is that you must have B2B sales with experience in Selling through channels and / or partners / distributors. That is pretty much it. We are looking for the zing that comes from the person not the resume. We can offer you a pathway within an Australian manufacturer that is currently taking on the world stage. 

SO! What will you be doing? You can look at 2 very different opportunities, one in our refrigeration division the other in our plumbing and gas division. Both are working with our reseller agents/distribution partners but both are changing direction where you will approach end-users to then send sales through the partner relationship. Do you need to be technical? Well a little bit… Most ads call it aptitude and we were happy to look at you if you display the ability to pick things up as we have a comprehensive onboarding and induction program. 

The role will see you running a territory with support from our head office in Sydney. We have a major facility that services Australia and the world so we will bring you to us for the initial training. You need to appreciate we run with remote salespeople in all the states apart from NSW but your support function is always accessible and ready to help you.

One of the (many) good parts is you will be selling top quality products with excellent supply chain and delivery. Your sales manager really knows what’s what and how to support you. There are going to be major opportunities for levelling up in this role as the company continues to grow as well.

What are we going to offer you? 

Base salary – somewhere around $90-95K + super
Car Allowance (there is no car option but the car allowance is good)
Bonuses paid quarterly and as there is an existing customer base you will/should make commission pretty easily if you are the right person.
Proper Onboarding and Induction – yup that’s right, its real.
