At One Foods SA our aim is to supply everyday food in more stores for everyone! We supply many iconic brands that generations of Australians have grown up with and put in their supermarket trolleys every week.
As a 100% South Australian owned and operated company managing multiple Local, National & International brands, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The position will be exciting and rewarding to the successful candidate.
The Role:
We have a great opportunity to join our Sales Team, based in Adelaide (Southern suburbs) and reporting to our Field Supervisor, this is a permanent position. This is a varied role, where you will take responsibility for the distribution, shelf management, promotion, and presentation of our range of known and trusted household products.
Working weekdays, you will be responsible for predominantly Grocery and Independent stores across a designated Territory, which includes some SA country travel.
Full training and understanding to the role by our Field Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall Territory Call Cycle Plan effectively and efficiently ensuring coverage is met to all customers.
- Manage an interesting and diverse portfolio of brands and products across multiple categories, Grocery, Dairy, Frozen and Non-Foods.
- Working with your Team Members and Field Supervisor to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Ensure your stores are clear on the plan when it comes to selling in and activating new product (NPD) launches and range extensions.
- Ensure pre-selling and managing promotions effectively.
- Advise customers of the total product range and supply trends.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications:
- Be confident in actively interacting with customers and store personnel at all levels.
- Be process driven with a sound understanding of in store procedures.
- Be organised with exceptional communication skills.
- Have full working rights within Australia and valid drivers license.
- Experience within the SA Independents FMCG industry is preferred, but not essential.
