COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROVIDED with an established 8–week onboarding schedule to set you up with the right tools and knowledge to hit the ground running at the completion of the program.

YOUR ROLE:
As a vital member of our team, your role will involve:
🌟 Building Relationships: You'll be the face of Southern Implants, maintaining close relationships with dental practitioners and introducing them to our cutting-edge concept and system.
🌟 Client Engagement: Attend clinics, conferences, courses, and dinners with key clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed about our latest products and services.
🌟 Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, ensuring that our customer management system is up to date.
🌟 Customer Focus: Prioritize our customers above all else, and handle customer complaints and concerns with utmost professionalism.
🌟 Exceeding Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, contributing to our team's success, following;
- Top line sales
- Overall margin integrity
- New customer development and market penetration
🌟 Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within Southern Implants to share ideas and insights for continuous improvement.

Desirable Qualifications:
🌟 Previous sales/account management and relationship-building experience is highly regarded.
🌟 Knowledge of Dental Implant and restorative products is ideal but not essential.
🌟 A Diploma in Dental Technology is highly advantageous.
***The successful applicant will also be required to have their own vehicle and a C-class driver's licence.
