What you need to know:Location: RAC Geraldton Service CentreWorking hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week)Salary: Starting at $59,000pa + super for the first 6 months, increasing to $65,000 upon upskilling completion and end of probation! Training: You'll be set up for success with a fully paid, in-depth structured training program directly delivered virtually to you by our professional Learning and Development Advisors. What will you be doing:Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via telephone/email

What we looking for:As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential and we are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will have:Experience in working to achieving KPI's/ targets both individually & as part of a team;The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change;Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others;The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations;Strong computer literacy and ability to use many applications at once whilst having conversations.
