About the Role
In this unique role, as a Strategy Specilaist, you’ll play a critically important role in our client's business by being responsible for not only closing new deals but supporting clients throughout their journey of building wealth through property.

Who are you?
Your experience...
- Sales: Past experience working in ‘closing’ roles, and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Property: You must have purchased investment property and be actively building your own property portfolio
- Advanced influence and sales skills, including rapport building, questioning, presenting, negotiating, and objection handling.
- An ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- High level time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with high net-worth property investors without being intimidated.
- Comfort with using CRM technology.
- Persistent, resilient, results oriented and goal driven.
