We have a Permanent Position available for a Sales & Service Technician to join our team at Blayney.
The position will involve sales, training and installation of coffee & hospitality equipment to our extensive customer base that includes Cafes, Pubs, Clubs, Kiosks and Restaurants located across the Central West.
Your Key Skills:
- Ability to Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and strategize solutions
- Ability to prioritise tasks and time manage self effectively, with the flexibility to adapt at short notice
- Understanding of Hospitality Industry with knowledge of Coffee/Barista skills
- Ability to use digital resources such as laptop, iPad and phone in the field and in the warehouse
- Ability to undertake simple maintenance of equipment and identify how to action challenges with equipment
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
Licences & Safety Requirements
- Current C class driver’s licence, with the ability to drive a Manual Vehicle
- Ability to undertake manual handling and installation of hospitality equipment using mechanical aids such as hand trucks.
