Our Specialist Opportunity
  
We have an exciting opportunity for a CAD/CAM Specialist to develop and grow new and existing trusted partnerships with our dental customers, supporting their clinical experience and business growth. In this position you will be working with the latest technology and future of dentistry so you will be seen as the subject matter expert by your customers as well as within the wider sales team. If you are passionate about digital dentistry, have a flare for explaining technical information in a simple and ‘easy to understand’ manner, enjoy relationship building and nurturing, and get a kick out of helping grow a category, then please read on.

What some of your key responsibilities will look like:

• Provide training to Dentists and Dental Professionals on equipment and technology
• Grow sales across the Digital Equipment portfolio
• Work closely and build confidence with our Territory Managers to support both new and existing business and our "Rely On US' approach 
• Build and enhance our brand identity and trust, always with the vision of enhancing the Henry Schein service experience.
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities. 
• Representation of Henry Schein at relevant industry exhibitions, study groups, open days etc.

Your Skills, Experience and Attributes:

• High level of specialist knowledge within this category
• Consultative sales experience working in the dental industry.
• A passion for digital dentistry
• Collaborative team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Impeccable interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with a range of internal customers and external service providers to achieve required outcomes
• A highly motivated individual who can work without direct supervision
• Previous experience working with CAD software and Salesforce desirable
• Ability to travel on a regular basis
