Your new role
The Vehicle Sales Support Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality assistance to the Vehicle Sales team, ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the new vehicle purchase process and delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Aid both new and current customers in scheduling appointments with Vehicle Consultants.
• Guarantee timely completion of all appointments, and reallocate appointments as needed.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with comprehensive information on novated leasing products and services.
• Foster positive relationships in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Undertake diverse administrative tasks to bolster service delivery.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, principles, and policies related to cultural diversity, workplace health and safety (WHS), and Smartgroup values in all actions and behaviors.
