The Sales Support and Logistics Co-ordinator will perform a variety of duties in support of the company's export activities. You will arrange transportation by Sea, Air or Road for customer export shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and whilst providing accurate documentation. Extensive communication by e-mail, telephone, and fax with customers and suppliers is necessary.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare Shippers letters of instruction
- Raise Purchase orders
- Raise Commercial invoices / Marine/ Cert of Origin
- Book Freight for Air and Sea shipments
- Ensure that shipments go out on time and documents are completed.
- Work closely with both logistics and sales team
- Revise export documentation
- Support for Sales Department as required
Skills:
- Be able to create Spreadsheets and Documents in Word / Excel
- Experience using export software (desirable)
