We are seeking the perfect candidate to take on the challenge of managing the Sales Support and Front Desk of our busy Real Estate office in the Hills District.
The position is full time, with the hours being 8:30am to 5:00pm, five days per week.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the Front Office, as well as supporting the Sales and Property Management Teams, and many more day to day tasks to fulfil the Reception and Sales Support roles.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous experience in similar roll, preferably within Real Estate
- A professional telephone manner
- Be confident with talking to clients face to face and on the phone
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
- Impeccable spelling, grammar and letter writing skills
- Experience using Property Tree
- Be reliable, honest and trustworthy
- An outgoing personality
- A "Can Do" attitude
A certificate of registration is not essential, but is highly regarded and will need to be obtained after commencement. On the job CRM training will be provided.
