The Role
This progressive agency is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to assist their Sales Team with the day to day administrative duties and sales operations. Duties
- Coordinating marketing projects and managing campaigns
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Running/overseeing team meetings
- Managing external contractors
- Marketing, advertising and uploading properties online
- Processing listings and sales
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and in line with the company processes
- General administrative duties
- 2 or more years industry experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with CRM systems
- A love of learning and a passion for the industry
