The Role

This progressive agency is currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to assist their Sales Team with the day to day administrative duties and sales operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate professional to progress their career and be part of a high-performing team in Adelaide, working in conjunction with a lead agent.

Duties

• Coordinating marketing projects and managing campaigns
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
• Running/overseeing team meetings
• Managing external contractors 
• Marketing, advertising and uploading properties online
• Processing listings and sales
• Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and in line with the company processes
• General administrative duties

• 2 or more years industry experience 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working with CRM systems
• A love of learning and a passion for the industry
