The Lane Group are a privately owned motor vehicle group who are looking for Trainee Sales Consultants with exceptional customer service skills to join our New Trainee Program.
As a trainee sales consultant, you will be guided through all aspects of the sales experience. Your first 6 months will include one on one training, group meetings with Sales Managers and everything else you need to set you up for success!
Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying needs and building strong relationships with customers
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of brand new vehicles
- Assisting with the display and presentation of vehicles available for sale
