About the Role
As Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for the development of engaging content designed to meet the needs of our current sales process but bringing in the components of a new product going to market.
Working with our team leaders and phone based sales team across NZ & Australia, you’ll work across a range of activities including
- Developing content
- Facilitating training – soft skills, systems, product, sales
- Support team leaders and sales managers with ongoing coaching & development needs of the individual rep
- Induction training for newbies
- Call monitoring to understand performance levels and resulting corrective training & support
- Real time coaching
- And more
This is a part time role that will require flexibility across the week to ensure the needs of the team are met.
Working across NZ & Australia some travel will be required.
Skills & Experience
- Experienced in the development of content, specifically sales training
- Experience delivering one on one and in small groups
- Understanding of the call centre sales process and associated soft skills that support performance
- A natural communicator with the ability to establish trusting relationship with the team
This role is expected to commence in May/June but there is an element of flexibility around this.
