As our Sales Training Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our sales teams and driving impactful projects across the business. Where You Come In:

• You will demonstrate expertise in sales coaching and feedback, guiding sales teams to peak performance through your leadership and technical skills.
• You will lead the delivery of comprehensive new hire and advanced sales training programs, both in-person and virtually, to accelerate skill development.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, update curriculum, and develop tailored sales training plans and programs.
• You will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs for key projects such as onboarding, sales meetings, and product launches.
• You will contribute to the development and management of a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate ongoing training initiatives.

What Makes You Successful:

• You bring a thorough understanding of coaching skills for sales teams, coupled with a solid grasp of territory management and healthcare markets.
• You demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and prior hands-on experience developing training for sales teams.
• You have virtual and in-person facilitation experience, along with software competency to enhance training delivery.
• You are organized and efficient, excelling in delivering results even during high-volume work cycles.
• You possess strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• You have a keen understanding of change management principles and are willing to travel as needed to support internal client groups and attend meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
• 2+ years of experience in sales training and program design.
• Previous experience in diabetes-related medical and/or pharma sales with a proven track record of success.
• Direct report leadership experience is desirable.
