What role will you play?
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be involved in analysing requirements and documenting user stories and specifications to support development and testing teams effectively.
Collaboration extends to supporting technical and solution architects, participating in scrum ceremonies, and addressing queries from team members. Responsibilities also include defect triaging, testing, and maintaining client relationships. Contributions focus on delivering robust solutions aligned with business objectives while ensuring traceability of requirements.
Additionally, assisting in user acceptance testing and presenting proposals to stakeholders are integral parts of the role.
What you offer
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or Functional Consultant role delivering enterprise sized Salesforce projects
- Skilled with technologies such as, Salesforce, Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence
- Minimum Salesforce certified preferred; Administrator
- Consistently write business correspondence that is professional, thoughtful, effective, and grammatically correct
- Prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Strong ability to understand stakeholder needs & pain points, facilitate deep discussions & challenge status quo
- Expert presentation & communication skills to both create & deliver quality presentations & demos to a broad audience including Business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to influence others as a thought leader & SME on the Salesforce platform
- A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude
- Strong analytical skills
- Available & responsive to question, clarifications & instructions
- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences with different skill levels
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
