About the role:
A permanent opportunity for enterprising and industrious Salesforce Developer with a special interest in supporting the continuous improvement of the CRM platform so that our frontline teams can provide a superior person-centric customer experience.

Duties:
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same as Salesforce Developer you will:
- Support the design of solutions and implementation to ensure alignment with the approved strategies under Projects/BAU functions and reference architectures.
- Work closely with Practice Lead, Technical Architect, Practice BA, Tech lead and delivery partners to support successful BAU delivery model.
- Hands on experiences developing APEX and LWC.
- Configure and maintain workflow, flow, process builder, approval process, validation rule.
- Adhere to coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable and easy to understand code and maintaining code repository.
- Conduct code reviews for on-going projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are being used.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer in Service cloud (cross cloud preferable) at a minimum.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Force.com in terms of customisation, configuration, automation and development using technologies such as Apex, triggers, visualforce and lightning components.
- Experience in implementing integration patterns using Rest API on the force.com platform and ability to debug complex code.
- Experience in web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML and CSS.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of current CRM best practices, trends, and technical background on salesforce products.
- Support and lead business engagements on Small Work Request to define how Salesforce will work (with specifications, process documents, and screen mock-ups).
- Experience administering Salesforce.com (service cloud, reports and dashboard, duplicate management).
- Collaborate with Domain Architect, Business Analyst & team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the team.
- Strong ability to effectively self-manage priorities and be able to collaborate effectively between BAU and other project teams.
- Manage 3000+ user license profiles and roles, customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
