The Role:
In this role, you will become an integral part of our supportive marketing team, with the primary goal of enhancing the customer experience through Salesforce Marketing Cloud's marketing automations and website personalisation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with our in-house Salesforce Specialists, you'll have the necessary support to excel in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute automated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to develop customer journey maps and segmentations.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop an A/B testing strategy that allows for constant optimisation of email design and content.
• Design, develop, and implement campaigns on the Bunnik Tours website using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Personalisation capability.
• Create new content zones and templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a solid foundation in marketing. Additionally, you will need to have a willingness to work alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing/tech role.
• Extensive experience using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• One or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications - Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• High level experience in Management Report Writing & Preparation.
• Skills in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS and SJSS.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for travel and a genuine curiosity about different cultures.
