Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solution Architect to join our client. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our client's business objectives. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop architecture designs, and oversee the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including data models, integrations, customizations, and security models.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators in implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive solution design discussions, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and advise on opportunities to leverage new features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
• 3 plus years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data modeling, and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading teams and driving successful project outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
