The Role and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic use of Salesforce for our customers. You’ll be involved in high-level decision-making, long-term planning, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions drive business value and innovation. Your expertise will guide our clients toward successful implementations, and you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both our team and our clients.

In this role, you will create value by:

Conduct Research and Analysis:

• Dive deep into clients’ existing Salesforce implementations, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Produce comprehensive reports with findings, recommended steps, and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
• Research and develop ideas that could lead to innovative products or services that support our staff and clients

Architect Solutions:

• Define enterprise-level Salesforce architecture strategy and vision.
• Design quality, scalable, and performant solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure that all components fit together coherently and contribute to an attractive overall solution.
• Champion and support accurate and quality technical documentation for our clients.

Collaborate and Mentor:

• Act as an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you.
• Use superior communication skills to convey ideas and solutions to all stakeholders.
• Gain integrity and buy-in for your visions, ensuring successful implementation.
• Positively and actively encourage constructive dialog around ideas that may not be your own.
• You will ideally have 5+ years proven experience in Salesforce Development and Architecture

Configuration and Customization:

• Architect, configure, and customise Salesforce applications/solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers supporting multiple projects.
• Support our clients in establishing robust and appropriate CI/CD and DevOps processes.

Desirable Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Deep Salesforce Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally with a focus on Salesforce.
• Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect), Omni Studio Developer Certified.
• People Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
• Strategic Thinking: The ability to think long-term and align solutions with business goals.
