Salesforce Solution Lead with NV1 Clearance - CanberraWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Lead to join our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integration, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions. This role requires the ability to work from our Canberra offices at least three days a week and hold an NV1 security clearance.Research, Analysis, and Design
- Experience working with different stakeholders to elicit and understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Thorough understanding of business workflows and BPMN modeling.
- Proven ability to think strategically and factor in all aspects of the organization's and clients' needs, including commercial considerations, sustainability of the solution, security, records management, and aligning with the organization's business strategy and ICT strategic plan.
- Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise-level integration solutions and building data models to business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging and championing out-of-the-box functionality and configuration rather than custom coding.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes, improvements, and efficiencies in their business processes, particularly when adapting to out-of-the-box workflows.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects. Demonstrated experience in building and delivering enterprise-level integration solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring Salesforce, including building/modifying custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing, and other related configurations.
- Advanced demonstrated experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.
- Act as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals in the organization. Excellent written, verbal, and interactive communication skills, able to tailor communications for different audiences.
- Experience making persuasive, evidence-based recommendations that enable decision-makers to make informed decisions.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, and work closely within the project team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with Public Sector Solutions is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks.
- Experience in using version control and advanced CI/CD tooling. Active in the Salesforce community and up-to-date with the latest features, issues, and vulnerabilities.
- Salesforce Designer certifications are highly desirable. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
