SalaryAYAN InfoTech is looking for Salesforce Tech Lead to join an exciting project based in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Canberra/Perth. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Canberra/Perth
Contract Duration: 6 months, extendible
Experience: 10+ Years

Australian Citizens (either with a baseline security clearance or people who have applied for a baseline security clearance or eligible for applying/ obtaining for a baseline security clearance only)
Salesforce Tech Lead: 10+Years
- Lead the technical direction during the development processes by driving decisions and coordinating efforts.
- Functional and technical expertise to develop technical design specifications for Salesforce software and database solutions
- Assisting in Product planning processes
- Developing applications to agreed standards, including test designs, user and system documentation.
- Monitor and review build output to provide guidance and ensure development, implementation, and review activities are completed as designed and according to standards
- Assist with technical issues
- Act on any identified process improvements that will assist in an improved and more responsive delivery outcome
- Ability to work in a high paced and agile environment, delivering value with our colleagues, using DevOps practices
- Undertaking impact analysis of proposed application changes and problems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
- Previous work experience with application and software development.
- Experience developing customer facing interfaces.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Proficient in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce and Lightning Web Components.
- Working in knowledge of Visual Studio Code, mavensMate or eclipse.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve high-level software application issues.
