This is a 6-month contract role, with potential for extension, located in the ACT with flexible work arrangements.
As the SIAM/ITSM Subject Matter Expert, you will:
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and schedules.
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of SIAM/ITSM practices and a functional ServiceNow Service Desk.
Perform and support Service Desk Transition in tasks.
Identify, document, and manage project variations, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Monitor, control, and report on vendor progress and initiate corrective actions.
Adopt company standards and assist in project quality assurance.
Manage Transition into Service activities and support BAU teams.
Work within the company's environment and culture.
Improve project processes, documentation, and templates.
Develop a cross-functional/cross-vendor ITSM/SIAM operating model.
To be successful, you should have:
Industry certifications like SIAM, ITIL v3/v4, PRINCE2 or PMP (desired).
Experience in performance and compliance management of service providers.
Experience in business process re-engineering and design.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in complex, dynamic environments.
Knowledge of the utility industry (desired).
