The Role:
We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our client’s team, reporting to the DevOps Manager - Digital & Data. In this role, you'll work with technical and non-technical teams across the organisation, both locally and globally, to implement top-notch Salesforce solutions.
Ideal candidates should have experience across various Salesforce services, like Financial, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You'll be involved in both business projects and IT operations, ensuring we follow the best practices in the industry.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- 70%: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions on our Enterprise platform. This includes reviewing design proposals, making sure they meet our standards, and coordinating changes with our teams and partners.
- 15%: Check the health of our Salesforce platform regularly. You'll suggest improvements and create plans to get the most out of our current and future Salesforce tools.
- 5%: Analyze business needs, support testing, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- 10%: Help train and support junior team members, and handle other tasks as needed.
- More than 8 years of experience across various Salesforce Cloud services
- Knowledge of Financial Cloud Services is highly beneficial, especially in the financial sector.
- Proven track record in designing and developing Salesforce solutions following best practices.
- Proficient with OmniScript, Flow, and other Salesforce automation tools
- Experience using Agile ALM tools such as Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Skilled communicator capable of explaining technical and non-technical concepts.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant Salesforce certification
