Technical Consultant (Salesforce Developer Programmer)

We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, VISEO (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD based out of Crow's Nest, NSW is actively looking for an experienced Technical Consultant (Salesforce Developer Programmer) to join its team on a full-time basis. The business is an innovative technology consulting firm specializing in digital transformation solutions for businesses. They offer a wide range of services, including software development, salesforce, cloud integration, data analytics, etc. They are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant (Salesforce Developer Programmer) who can create and maintain custom software solutions tailored to clients' needs.
About the Role:
As a Salesforce Developer Programmer at VISEO, you will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. You will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. This is a permanent full-time role and based in Sydney office.
Main Responsibilities of the role are-

• Interpret specifications, technical design and flow charts. Build, maintain and modify the code for software applications. Construct technical specifications from a business functional model, and test and write technical documentation.
• Researching, analysing, and evaluating the feature limitations of existing systems.
• Ensuring the system and technical designs meet quality assurance standards.
• Configure and customize solutions using APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Components and other Salesforce development options.
• Build solutions using HTML/ CSS/ Javascript/ JQuery/ Responsive websites (e.g. Bootstrap)
• Service Cloud configuration, Sales Cloud configuration, Web service creation/ callouts
• End to end development-analysing, coding, testing and automation of the testing, debugging deployment, and operational monitoring.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable program code that meets business requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with test teams to get the solution tested.
• Developing user documentation.

Must Have -

• Atleast a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a computer science or related technical discipline.
• Atleast seven years of Salesforce development experience.
• Must have experience in AppExchange product development and managed package.
• Must have certification from Salesforce as certified Developer.
• Must have Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Must have Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.

Skills Needed -

• Experience with the following programming languages and concepts: Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex, Process automation, FLOW, SFDX, VF pages, VF Components, Salesforce Lightning, JEST (LWC-Tests)
• Experience with the Agile development and CI CD implementation using Bitbucket.
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL
• Experience on Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable and experienced with multiple front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ability to work well with little to no supervision.
• Experience with Heroku, Jira and confluence.

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of 150,000 to 170,000 Plus Superannuation.
