Key Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.
- Planning and executing UAT for Salesforce implementations.
- Identifying and documenting defects discovered during UAT and coordinating with development teams for resolution.
- Providing training and support to end-users during UAT sessions.
- Collaborating with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to ensure alignment between UAT activities and project objectives.
- Utilizing test automation tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance testing efficiency.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of software testing experience with a focus on UAT in education.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in developing and executing test cases for Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience working within the education sector.
