Job description

Train the Advancement Portfolio on Salesforce CRM system
6 month contract working with a high performing, engaging team
Base salary starting at $100,032 + 17% superannuation
Lead the coordination and delivery of the Advancement Portfolio’s (TAP) Salesforce CRM training program. The program provides training around the use and application of TAP’s bespoke salesforce CRM, Jarvis.
Key Responsibilities
Design, support, and identify digital and on demand training.
Facilitate a range of training sessions to new staff as well as role-based training.
Build and maintain a team service framework, including a well-documented team service catalogue, a task management system, and a project planning framework.

Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience delivering training, whether it be as a teacher, trainer, coach, or mentor
Developed new training materials and services
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Coordinated and delivered support desk services for teams
Provided ongoing CRM support through troubleshooting and assisting staff in CRM related tasks to improve user efficiency.
