Our client is a leading global energy solutions provider committed to innovation and excellence. They are currently seeking a talented Salesforce UX/UI Designer to join their team and help drive user adoption and business success.
The role:
As a Salesforce UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences across the Salesforce platform. You will leverage human-centered design principles and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop user personas and design user interfaces that align with Salesforce's design language.
- Create user flows, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Atomic Design systems and Figma.
- Define and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve usability issues and report on UX design activities.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Manage initiative dependencies, risks, and documentation.
Key experience:
- UX/UI design experience with a background in business analysis.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Ability to work independently, manage expectations, and deliver MVP artifacts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience with SAP enterprise or similar platforms.
