Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson with a strong background in tools and equipment. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various tools and equipment, excellent communication skills, a perfect role for a tradie, who is looking for consistency and an amazing salary!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tools and equipment
• Drive sales by proactively reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Previous experience in tools, whether retail or construction
• Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
