Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Beverley, 5009 SA
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections and reports to assess work progress and quality standards.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and submit daily reports documenting work progress, material usage, and any incidents or issues encountered on site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on site.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
